1. Layanan / Service
Dyvv HQ menyediakan informasi market, riset, outlook, edukasi, community access, dan materi terkait untuk tujuan informasi dan edukasi. Dyvv HQ bukan pengganti nasihat keuangan, hukum, pajak, atau investasi yang dipersonalisasi.
Dyvv HQ provides market information, research, outlooks, education, community access, and related material for informational and educational purposes. Dyvv HQ is not a substitute for personalized financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
2. Risiko / Risk
Trading dan investasi dapat mengakibatkan kehilangan sebagian atau seluruh modal. Kamu bertanggung jawab atas keputusan, ukuran posisi, leverage, execution, dan kesesuaian setiap tindakan dengan kondisi keuanganmu.
Trading and investing can result in partial or total loss of capital. You remain responsible for your decisions, position sizing, leverage, execution, and whether any action is appropriate for your circumstances.
3. Membership dan pembayaran / Membership and payment
Harga, periode akses, dan produk yang berlaku adalah yang ditampilkan pada checkout resmi saat transaksi. Untuk release saat ini, checkout Core diarahkan ke Yapp. Ketentuan pembayaran tertentu dari penyedia pembayaran dapat berlaku selain ketentuan Dyvv HQ.
Applicable pricing, access period, and product are those shown on the official checkout at the time of purchase. For the current release, Core checkout is routed through Yapp. Payment provider terms may apply in addition to Dyvv HQ terms.
4. Refund
Kebijakan refund harus dibaca bersama ketentuan checkout yang berlaku dan hak konsumen yang tidak dapat dikesampingkan berdasarkan hukum yang berlaku. Refund handling must be read together with applicable checkout terms and consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Dyvv HQ does not promise refunds for a change of mind after digital access has been provided, except where required by law or specifically approved in writing.

Kamu tidak boleh menjual, membagikan, meminjamkan, atau memindahkan akses berbayar tanpa izin tertulis. Dyvv HQ dapat membatasi atau menghentikan akses bila terdapat abuse, fraud, pembagian akses, atau pelanggaran material terhadap ketentuan ini.
You may not sell, share, lend, or transfer paid access without written permission. Dyvv HQ may restrict or terminate access for abuse, fraud, access sharing, or material breach of these terms.
6. Intellectual property
Materi Dyvv HQ, termasuk tulisan, riset, desain, database yang dikurasi, video, gambar, framework, dan materi edukasi, tetap menjadi milik Dyvv HQ atau pemberi lisensi yang relevan. Pembelian membership memberi hak akses terbatas, bukan pengalihan kepemilikan.
Dyvv HQ material, including writing, research, design, curated databases, videos, images, frameworks, and education material, remains the property of Dyvv HQ or relevant licensors. Membership grants limited access, not ownership.
7. No performance guarantee
Hasil historis, contoh trade, screenshot, outcome, atau analisis sebelumnya tidak menjamin hasil di masa depan. Slippage, fee, timing, risk, dan execution tiap orang dapat berbeda.
Historical results, trade examples, screenshots, outcomes, or past analysis do not guarantee future results. Slippage, fees, timing, risk, and execution may differ for each person.
8. Perubahan / Changes
Dyvv HQ dapat memperbarui produk dan ketentuan ini. Perubahan material sebaiknya dikomunikasikan dengan cara yang wajar dan versi terbaru akan diterbitkan pada situs resmi.
Dyvv HQ may update its products and these terms. Material changes should be communicated reasonably and the latest version will be published on the official website.
